Great place and friendly service!

This place is fantastic - Gus and his mother took over running it a few months ago and the quality of the food & customer service is excellent. Pizza and flatbreads are very nice, and Gus can make a proper drink. No notes, really great spot to have while staying at Freestone!

Fantastic fresh ingredient pizza and excellent service and atmosphere! Had lunch after a long hike and was the perfect choice.

We came in for a takeout pizza and were completely blown away by the amazing service and atmosphere. The place features very cool decor, free billiards, board games, and fun historic pictures of the area. I shot some pool while waiting for our pizza. The gentlemen who waited on us was incredibly attentive and generous with his time and attention -- truly above and beyond. When we got back to our lodging, we discovered he had included all the condiments we might need, and even paper plates. So thoughtful!

The pizza itself was great too. It was a different style of crust than we've had before, almost like the dough in one of those large pretzels, sort of a shiny brown on the outside. Different than we expected but a delicious new experience and definitely worth another visit. You could have a really enjoyable long lunch here. Hope to return soon.

Jack’s pizza used to be quite good, unfortunately they have switched to frozen pre-made crust, and it is now very low quality.

This is a special place that not many folks know about. Service is friendly and the pizza, beer and wine is top notch. In addition the house family salad was a big hit with the 6 of us adults. I personally love the Mac pizza. The kids loved the cheese pepperoni pizza and Italian sodas for dessert. The cheese cake dessert is wonderful as well. We look forward to returning when the they open again in May. If you are reading this, they are open till this Sunday the 19th and then taking time off for the shoulder season returning in May.

After a day of skiing, the margarita tasted especially sweet. The personal salad was huge, and so wholesome and fulfilling. Wish we had taken a photo but we started eating too fast ?. Pizza was good too. The restaurant staff were so sweet we wish we had more cash to put in the tip jar.

Pizza was pretty decent, but the service was WONDERFUL! Thanks for sharing a laugh with me Sue, we will come back just to see you. ;)

Great pizza in the cascades.

Good food!!

We had driven from Idaho that day and we were tired from the long day. All we wanted was something that wasn't too fancy so we dined at Jack's Hut which is in the parking lot of the Freestone Inn. We were almost the only people there in the middle of the week and our waiter was very attentive and humorous. We each ordered a 14" pizza and we split the salad (it was huge). Their wine selection wasn't huge but it worked for a pizza place. The only complaint was that they played too much Steve Miller Band as background music. I mentioned this when we checked out and we all had a laugh about it. The following night we dined at the restaurant located inside the Inn. When we walked in, we had the same waiter as the night before. He told us he would make sure they played a lot of Steve Miller for us. Highly Recommended!

Awesome pizza spot! Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Never would have found it otherwise. The pizza was fantastic. Gooey cheese, just the right amount of sauce, great toppings. Even the crust by itself was really good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and good drinks, too! We'll definitely come back here next time.
