The store is great, the sandwiches not so great and they sell out quickly. Nice place to unwind after a morning of skiing . They do sell salted baguettes that are off the chart good, except they don't make sandwiches with them. Go figure.
Not your typical general store but the perfect everything store! You’ll find anything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed. Freshly brewed coffee and off the oven pastries, delicious bread: from salted baguettes to a selection of focaccias, quality produce, a great variety of vinos, souvenirs, and more. A must stop every time we are in Mazama!
been coming here for years, but the food is so expensive now, $15 for an average cheese sandwich handed to you in saran wrap! holy crap, also mandatory included tipping for a cashier to hand you a coffee at the till seems a bit militant. with the food prices the store should be able to pay them a living wage.
that said, still a gorgeous spot, people are nice, the baking is exceptional.
