Just want to give a shout out to one of the workers, Cody is a very polite young man. He has patience and is very well mannered. It's nice to see kids that aren't rude and dismissive! Keep it up Cody, it is very appreciative!

Bunch of ignorant mean teenagers. Management is incompetent and acts like they're in senior year themselves so that makes sense. I stop here on the way home pretty often but I've given up since the foods always garbage

Excellent food even thought they forgot the cheddar on one of the beef& cheddars no big deal they fixed the issue quickly and apologized for the mix up I wasn't mad about it accidents happen we all make mistakes. Store is clean and staff is very courteous .I have ate there several times it's my favorite stop on my way home from spokane

It’s an Arby’s so if you like Arby’s you’ll like it. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were professional and friendly. Would be fine going again next time I’ve got a hankering for some curly fries.

Watching the staffs response after my wife slipped and fell on mop water without a wet sign posted made me disgusted. Laughing at a customer for you not following simple duties? After our ER visit, she sprained her ankle and needs recovery time at the minimum. Already made a complaint on your website too. This is not ok and should not happen to ANYBODY.

These kids are just playing around behind the counter. They have no care for whether a customer is waiting for their food, or to order. You guys need to retrain, or rehire - it’s bad. They’re arguing over where an order of jalapeño poppers went, as I type this.

If I am at the counter, I better be acknowledged. I was not. The gal had her back to me for about 5 minutes. Then a young man came up and asked if I’d been helped! (Maybe it wasn’t her job to work the counter). At least, tell me someone will be with me shortly. She was working on an Uber order for me and didn’t even tell me! (All I can think of is, she was young and had “interesting” eyeliner on. I won’t be back.
