“We went there for my twin daughters 12th birthday. I called 2 days in advance to make sure that they could accommodate a party of 10. The gal I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful, said it wouldn't be a problem. I then called on Weds to re-confirm. The gal I spoke with was ok. When we got there, we were told that they could only accommodate us outside. After sitting down and nearly 15 minutes later outside in 80+ degree weather and our tables directly in the sun, our server had not come out once to even offer us water. Even if we were still waiting on a few people to arrive, proper customer service would have been at to least check to see if drinks were wanted while we waited on the last few people. My boyfriend and I ended up going inside to the bar to grab a drink. Only then did the server acknowledge us and asked if we wanted drinks. She said she got distracted and asked nothing about the rest of our party outside, including my 74 y/o mother. Mind you they were not very busy, at all! Another 10 minutes goes by before I go inside to ask where our server was did she start heading outside. So we essentially waited 30 minutes for our party to get not even water. It appeared that our server may have been training another. I hope that they both get better training from a more experienced server because the customer service we received was only a 1 star, and that's being generous.“

“We were at Bistango on 7/12 for drinks and apps. The espresso martini was very theatrical and quite boozy. Beer is bottle only. Pro Tip: Widmer Hefe is unfiltered so give the bottle a couple gentle swirls to release the yeast and make it properly cloudy. BBQ tacos had great flavor, smoky and not too sweet. Steak bites could have been better with a little less salt. Vwry friendly staff abd a nice atmosphere. One big suggestion to the owner- update your website. You are advertising $9 martinis for happy hour but when you get there they are $12+!“

“Chill atmosphere with a great dj that kick off songs that are both relaxing and get you to get up and boogie. Bartenders and bouncers are both chill and badass peeps that keep the place legitimate. Pool tables could use some new bumpers and felt and could use some new bar sticks as most aren't straight, but thats bar sticks for ya. But all in all, 10/5 stars from galaxies unknown. Cheers! ??
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is level with sidewalk, inside level, no stairs. If I was in a wheelchair, I'd roll it hard and good all over inside and in and out this joint!? ➡️?? ➡️??“

“Grungy little bar. It was pretty kewl when it was a Gonzaga hangout. Met Marco Gongazlez there one time. Now its just a dive bar. One of the bartenders was selling drugs and it got pretty ugly in there.“

“If the bar in the old show Cheers was an actual place, the PI would be it. Everybody wants to go to a place where everyone knows your name. Good food, good folks, and good fun.“

“It can vary depending on time and bar tender, but this place is the real deal. Old school hole in the wall style joint that doesn't front. Sunday nights are some of my favorites. Ask about the French dip. It's a hidden secret when Lorie is on the grill, but if not just ask for her to make it. It's just better! The best French dip I've had in Spokane, and I judge restaurants by the French dip standard regularly. Lol“

“I love this place, especially when Bruiser is playing! Only 4 stars because the bartender messed up and gave us someone else's ticket from the morning and we were there at 10:00 pm. On the bright side, it's good to know that they serve eggs and pancakes! 😋“

“Great little sports bar. They play games (football, basketball, hockey, etc.) on the television. Derrick is amazing. Great bar tender, friendly, hard worker. Atmosphere is fun and friendly. Food is delicious. All around a great little bar. Get to know the people. They are really great.
Wheelchair accessibility: Small bar but have seen wheelchairs in Andy's. There is room to move around though. I'd say it wheelchair accessible.“

“We have been wanting to go here for awhile. We went for breakfast 😋. The place was laid back and had a great vibe. Service was awesome and friendly. The food was so good. I had a ham n cheese omelet. Absolutely yummy! The hash browns were perfectly cooked the way I love them, crispy outside and soft inside. He had chicken fried steak. Said it was very good and the gravy is delicious. Looking forward to returning as they have a great menu and daily specials that look fun. Way more then just a breakfast place! You will be glad you tried this place out..“

“The food was amazing. Not to much smoke or to little. Just enough, and the Pico de gaio on the brisket tacos was just enough heat. I will go back there for sure. I am excited to try the brisket nachos and breakfast“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Iron Horse Bar & Grill is that rare Spokane Valley spot where you walk in expecting a neighborhood bar and walk out wondering if you’ve just found the city’s best-kept secret. The food is consistently good—hearty enough to please a regular, but with enough care in the kitchen to surprise someone new to town. The burgers and sandwiches come out hot and crisp, and the drinks are generous without being overdone. But it’s the atmosphere that makes this place unforgettable. Service here isn’t just friendly, it’s reliable, the kind of attentive hospitality that makes you feel like you’ve been coming for years even if it’s your first visit. And then there’s the entertainment: karaoke from Wednesday through Sunday nights, hands-down the best in Spokane, where the crowd is as warm to first-timers as they are to the regulars. Add in live music early Sunday evenings and you’ve got a full week’s worth of reasons to come back. In a city dotted with places that sometimes try too hard to be trendy or too casual to care, the “Horse” manages to get it just right—fun, comfortable, and consistently worth the trip. If you’re new to Spokane and wondering where to find that all-around bar with excellent food, unbeatable karaoke, and service you can count on, this is it.“

“I really have been enjoyed my weekly breakfasts at Cinola. We always have the same waitress and she is FABULOUS!!! We stopped eating at Cinola for a few years, but I guess there is now a new owner and it is so good now and we have been eating breakfast EVERY weekend. FIVE STARS!!! Give them a chance if you’ve tried them in the past it’s totally different and so good.“
