They messed up the orders, first of all. Second, the 3 girls were burping and cussing.

The last couple of times I was there, it took 20-30 minutes to get my food after ordering. The food is good, frys could be cooked a little longer.

Great food but PLEASE bring back the steak sauce!
Came through for some ice cream cones and a sandwich. Upon realizing that the ice cream was in plastic cups instead of cones, I asked for them to be put into cones. The young woman got flustered and obviously irritated by the request then proceeded to ask us to pull around the corner. We sat outside for close to ten minutes. She then brought us out the cones that were melting all over and had been sitting inside that entire time. I asked her if it was the same ice cream from the plastic cups and she said they were. I then stated to her they were melting all over and I would have to give them to my kids? She just ignored me. I apologized to her for asking to have them placed in cones it was just what I ordered and what my kids were expecting. On top of that I ordered one for myself it was the same size as the kids when I ordered a regular one scoop, and one of my kids cones was even half the size of the other kids cones I would assume the rest of the ice cream had melted in the ten minutes it was sitting out. Upon the delivery of the sandwich she stated “ I put napkins in there too, so….”
I was absolutely appalled by lack of customer service, and the obvious intent to serve us melted ice cream. Reprimanded and disrespected because I asked for what I ordered. I will never come back there again.
I have been to this location at least 10 times because it is convenient. I cannot say that once have they gotten the order correctly. I typically order online so it is very clear. What the order is. Never once have they met the timeframe that an order would be ready or have even gotten the order correct. I keep going back thinking their new and they do have young people working there and give it another try but clearly there is no leadership teaching how to run a restaurant. Today I ordered online was quoted 10 minutes showed up at the 12 minute mark only to wait nearly 45 for my sandwich. I should’ve looked at it before I left the location, but I did not. I am now on my way back to return a sandwich I won’t eat because they put the wrong toppings on it.

No one acknowledged us upon entering. Luckily found a self order tablet. No one let us know there was a 25 minute wait at the time (heard them tell people behind us), then it took 50+ minutes to get food. No one addressed any issue. We had 1 normal sandwich and one kids. No one offered us our drinks or anything in the mean time, or apologized for the wait. 100% won’t return to this location.

NEGATIVE STARS. Horrible staff and management. Power went out at home, I'm two weeks postpartum with a toddler- we ordered online with an ETA of 10 minutes for our order. Arrived ten minutes later and we're told at the ordering speaker that they did not have our order yet. Asked to cancel the order or if I could tell them what was on the order to be made and was told by the manager they should have it by the time I reached the window. Sat in the drive thru lane for another TWENTY MINUTES and was told at the window it was not ready. Asked again if I could cancel it and did not receive an answer was just ignored. Screaming children in the backseat, I pulled into the parking lot to bteastfeed my newborn. Tried to call the establishment to cancel my order and went straight to voicemail. Finally got my newborn into a ring sling and my three year old out of the car, walk up to the door- it's locked- we're told that they're closed. I speak to the manager who offers no free meal, no recourse, just says she'll reach out in the morning to refund me. Will not give me the owners contact information. So we leave, all three of us weeping in the way home. Guess what? The power is still out.

Waited 40 minutes for them to let my family of 5 know that they were out of bread. The kids that work there have no idea what's going on. Not saying this to be mean. This is clearly the fault of ownership and management. It's almost like they don't care if they make a profit??

There are five employees here and three of them are not wearing any sort of hair protection/holder and they should be… The one employee with the black hat is running around like crazy, trying his best to serve and move things along whereas several other employees either seem ill trained or not engaged… The food was not at par with other Bruchis … For example, the classic chicken sandwich was burnt and dry… We will give it a try again, but hopefully that training or some other coaching can help because this was not a good experience

Staff needs better training! Met there with friends, staff never called out our order # when food was ready. When we finally asked when food would be ready, they gave us our trays. Food was cold! Also, requested no mushrooms, they forgot. Had to wait even longer to get food. We arrived at 7 pm, by the time most of us were able to eat. They come to table and tell us ‘lobby is now closed and we need to pack up our food and leave. But drive thru is still open.’ Nothing courteous about it. We felt more for the family that just sat down to eat their meal. They also waited a long time for food. And nothing was said to them when they ordered that they will be closing soon.
Note: Lobby was dead, drive thru had a few orders but nothing close to busy.
Giving them grace since mostly working teenagers and learning but management needs to step it up!!
