Bruchi’s Cheesesteaks & Burgers

Never got any food be because we were told it would be a 45 minute wait because someone ordered $100 worth of food in the drive thru. Will never go back.

They had a customer sitting at the door after 10 am as he waiting 5 min in the drive through before that so he left. We waiting in the drive through for a few minutes, and went then went to the doors they were still locked and they guys said he’s been trying to get someone for the last 10 min. I tried calling twice and they ignored my calls. Then had someone else come through the drive through and finally started taking orders.

This location is always running out of bread or meat! This is the second time I have experienced this and will never return there.. what kinda of steak sandwich place runs out of bread or meat ??? WTH

I had the smash burger. Best burger that I have had from a drive through. And it was hot not warm or for that matter, cold.

I used to believe I could come at lunch and get a clean restaurant and prompt service, but that's not the way it is any more apparently.
Will you stop by for dinner and it took an incredibly long time through the drive-thru. It made us late for our appointment. But I gave him a try at lunch and it was good for about a year, but the last two times I went there for lunch, the tables were filthy, it took a long time though there wasn't many people in the restaurant, and it just felt like business.

Ordered classic steak and turkey sandwich with fries, got what was basically a soggy burger on sub sandwich bread. Turkey had was not made at all how it was ordered and we never got our fries. Just got to McDonald's or Arby's.

First time here, it was awesome and not over priced! Kids love it as well. Well worth the visit. Also very clean!

They constantly screw up orders and when you try and call in to get it fixed it goes to a voicemail. They never call you back.

Sometimes they are fantastic. Sometimes, it sucks. Short on bread a lot, been told they are short staffed. Which sucks they usually are always nice. Told the night shift never made bread for the next day, so they are out. This was around 11am. Lunch time. I ordered an Italian with no onion and no dressing. I got home, started eating, and realized there was no ham on the sandwich. Luckily, i had some ham, but i shouldn't have to use my own food on something i paid for. They have been saying a lot lately that it will take 15 min to complete the order. Once i said ok , I'll wait, and no one came back to take my order. So i backed up and pulled up to the speaker again and said i sat here for 5 min and no one came back. Cars behind me all backed up and left. They need to stop using the 15 min order time. There is no reason to be using that exuse for over a month. I think the staff is just lazy and wants people to leave. Good food just needs a better staff sounds like.

Tried to order through drive thru but after 5 mins came inside. Found very few staff. Asked for no onions on my sandwich and got loaded with them. Ordered a club and didn’t get any turkey. The last time we tried to come in they were out of bread. All
around horrible. Unfortunately we will not be coming back and honestly the owner or managers don’t care about the customers or they would actually be there helping the employees. The employees were burnt. Sorry they have to deal with the mess of poor management.

Was really good! Hot and fresh. I felt like they had a reasonable amount of filling. Very satisfied
