Took us 35min to get our sandwiches, we dined in and they were behind on orders, yet still waited on the drive through before us. They should have told the drive through it will be 15 min if you want to wait so we can catch up. Another customer got up to get a return. They used bad language while cooking with kids in the restaurant. Don’t even know if my steak sandwich was steak since all I saw was mainly burger meat. Worse place

Fantastic experience, three employees here tonight 1/17/26. We are a large group of eight, the employees were gracious & inviting even though the lobby was closed midway through our meal. The food was delicious. Thank you for an amazing experience after the sledding our family was starving.

I hardly eat fast food, but when I do it’s gonna be Bruchi’s. I love this location and the smash burgers always hit the spot. I love you Bruchi’s.

I love Bruchi's chicken sub and steak sub. I'm so sad that they don't have the tuna sub or the spinach salad here at this location as those are my other favorites. The food is good but the service here is pretty bad. The workers are so slow and not very good at customer service. They take usually 30-40 minutes to make the sandwiches which seems impossible to me. The other locations in spokane are way better.

The 12” classic steak barely had any meat on it. The meat was grisly and disgusting. I couldn’t finish eating my half of the sandwich. If we had dined in I would have requested a refund or replacement sandwich.

Its very expensive for a mid level sandwich. Often they are our of ingredients and dont tell you. For example I have ordered the club a few times, which has turkey, ham, and roast beef, and only got turkey and ham. Also the employees are not well trained and do not know current promotions. Once my wife was even screamed at by an employee who didn't understand their $1 sunday scoops of ice cream. I will say when everything is available and fresh the food tastes good.

Never got any food be because we were told it would be a 45 minute wait because someone ordered $100 worth of food in the drive thru. Will never go back.

They had a customer sitting at the door after 10 am as he waiting 5 min in the drive through before that so he left. We waiting in the drive through for a few minutes, and went then went to the doors they were still locked and they guys said he’s been trying to get someone for the last 10 min. I tried calling twice and they ignored my calls. Then had someone else come through the drive through and finally started taking orders.
