We normally come here often to get our normal McDonald’s order. Well; today; my mom, my aunts; and I all wanted to get the boo bucket kids meals for our children because they were going trick or treating this year, well, we get to this McDonald’s, and order four kids meals, my aunts giving their grandchildren two buckets while my mom and I would give our own grandkids the other two buckets. Which, they were still advertising, might I add. We get to the first window, and the first guy was rude in taking our payments. So whatever. The second girl however; working the drive through orders was even worse. She just hands us the kids meals, and we’re like “Where’s the boo buckets for our kids? You WERE just advertising them.” And she replies back with the snootiest voice I’ve ever heard: “We’re not doing that promotion anymore.” And slams the window in my Aunt’s face. Absolutely horrendous customer service. We will not be back.

I had the worst morning with crying toddlers and a sick teenager that needed shots (which she is deathly afraid of). And then the kicker was I accidentally placed my app order at the WRONG McDonald’s 🤦🏻♀️ I called this McDonalds to explain the situation (I sounded very frustrated on the phone, not at them but at myself) and they were SO KIND TO ME! They put my order through so I could get my sick daughter the pancakes she really wanted before the breakfast service ended and had my food hot and ready for us when we arrived! I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of the people that helped me and a SPECIAL THANK YOU to the sweet lady that answered the phone and got everything fixed! You helped turn my very bad day around and I really appreciate it! 🥲❤️

I ordered a QPC with bacon in a meal with a small strawberry shake and fries. When I got the burger, the bottom bun was stale and hard, the ketchup tasted sour and the bacon was soggy beyond belief. The fries came out soggy and barely salted, and the milkshake was white vanilla with a splash of pink. Their breakfast was pretty good when I got it there a while ago, but the burgers and savory foods are terrible. Not trying to be mean, and it was later at night when I went, but still, it shouldn’t be that bad no matter when I go.
The management has no clue on how to keep a coffee machine working. I’ve been coming here daily for months and only been able to get a coffee twice. They need to find a new manager because this is obviously past their skill level…

Preordered breakfast of 8 sandwiches, pancakes and four hash browns Took thirty minutes in drive thru, with the last ten being inside waiting on order. They still missed a hash brown and never told us it would take that long. Absolutely unacceptable
