I had the worst morning with crying toddlers and a sick teenager that needed shots (which she is deathly afraid of). And then the kicker was I accidentally placed my app order at the WRONG McDonald’s 🤦🏻♀️ I called this McDonalds to explain the situation (I sounded very frustrated on the phone, not at them but at myself) and they were SO KIND TO ME! They put my order through so I could get my sick daughter the pancakes she really wanted before the breakfast service...

This McDonald's is OK, but not great. They've been plagued with staffing issues the last few years. They are generally extremely slow to get food there, the service is not good due to employees maybe being overworked/stressed. The restaurant is not clean, again, likely due to staffing issues. If it's your only choice, OK, but there is one a couple miles away that is much nicer on Highway 395.

My wife went through the drive through this morning, they got her order wrong. I went through the drive through the drive through this evening. They got my order wrong. Happened in the last couple trips as well....
