Terrible service. The boy working the counter would only make one sandwich at a time. While waiting for the single sandwich to toast he did not start the next sandwich, just would stand there. So incredibly slow. Took 45 minutes to get our sandwich. Terrible.

My foot long beast , my husbands 6in turkey and daughters ham kids meal was rock solid hard and unable to eat. It was more of a jaw workout than they were a sandwich. First time I’ve went here in months. Spent almost $20 on a footlong beast and it was rock hard bread unable to eat.

Disgusting.. playing rap music , sandwiches were a complete mess couldn't eat them , no turkey . Lettuce was brown.. no napkins for our mess. Store was a mess and we were the only people there

Went there today and ordered 2 sandwiches. One was a sweet onion teriyaki the other was tuna . Got home plain chicken no sweet onion sauce the tuna had tuna in the middle of the sandwich both sandwiches were foot long. Not impressed doesn't deserve any stars worst subway I have been to in Spokane.

I wanted to call to speak to a manager instead of making a review but their number is disconnected. We visited this subway two weeks ago. When we walked in, the place was a mess. It looked like it had been robbed. We waited probably 10 minutes after hollaring to see if anyone was there. We could hear someone working in the back. When she finally came out, she appeared to be under the influence and had trouble reading. We left without ordering our food because I was uncomfortable with the situation. Again, I did not want to make this review but I was forced to due to your phone number being disconnected.

The service was slow and the employees complained the whole time. The older lady did not look like she wanted to be there and was on the verge of being rude. The lettuce was starting to brown. The pop machine was not set up correctly so the pop was horrible. There weren't straws out. When asked for straws the older lady was not happy. She said it would be a minute. We had turned around and she left the straws on the counter then went to the back without letting us know she had put the straws on the counter. The bread was over cooked. It was obvious the older lady did not know how to cook bread because she was commenting that there was 8 minutes left on the oven so the bread should be browner. The oven was fine. We saw the bread browning as it was closer to being completed. The tables were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. The staff went in the back and customers had to wait several minutes before the came out. I would never eat here again.
