Darling old rock warming house with a roaring fireplace. Not fancy - picnic tables and beer or cider on draft. Vista House has incredible views from the very top of Mt. Spokane at 5881 feet of elevation!

Great views and nice spot to grab a drink. Selections used to be better. Please bring back some nice craft beers, maybe a good Belgium or something special (not just a IPA).

So so disappointed. We drove up and there was a gate, though open, a sign read "Road Closed" "Authorized Vehicles Only," and something about "Surveillance." It's Easter, a beautiful day, and the last thing we needed was a notice in the mail stating violated some State Park law. How do ppl get to the Vista House on a Closed Road????
The person running the emails, "event coordinator", is horribly rude and didn't want to take 10 minutes to do their job and answer very simple questions. Any questions you have may be too "elaborate". Definitely recommend going elsewhere for finding an event venue.

This is a beautiful place to sit and take in the scenery from the top of Mount Spokane. Pack a lunch and sit a while.Fair warning- Can be crowded on weekends.
