Went at 7pm and after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru order speaker I was told that the grill is not working and they can only complete fried orders. Not the first time having a poor experience here. Never going back!
their onion rings are the best out of all the zips!!! expensive, but worth it! juicy, hot, fresh, lots of batter! i won’t go anywhere else for these!!
Fast, friendly service
Workers friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food came as ordered, hot and freshly cooked.
The best shakes in town!

Pretty typical Zips. Crispy fries with the voice of ketchup, tartar, fry sauce. Great milkshakes. Sticky floors under the booth.

A bunch of kids work here and they’re all extremely rude to paying customers.

Good portions. Hammerhead were decent, fish was excellent. Fries and onion rings are large portions, can easily be shared.

Maybe they could get some more business if they stayed open till the time they’re supposed to. Came in for a side order and got turned away. For one small order… this isn’t the first or the second time.. Being in the industry I know times can get slow at the restaurant. Send home a cook or something, to save labor, but do not close down early. That is not how you attract customers and build a clientele.
Fish and fries are the best in Spokane.

It costs a lot of money for two people, but the food is great, but not $40 good!! I remember walking around and I saw Zip's and I was parched, I went in and got a large fountain drink and I just about *#*# my pants when they said would cost me close to $5!!! I understand that we as a country which is raising there prices and so everyone meaning companies need to follow suit and to keep up. But, C'MON ZIP'S!! I'm not angry with Zip's what so ever and I have no hard feelings towards Zip's. I know that the employees don't control how much food and drinks are. Employees are awesome there and atmosphere is peaceful. Thank you Zip's employees and managers.
Vegetarian options: I guess you could just order a bread with just vegetables?

First and only time I will go here. 10 minutes to get a burger. One piece of meat two pieces of bread nine dollars, does not taste like a gourmet priced burger. It should not take 10 minutes to throw a Costco frozen patty onto the grill and cook with premade patties, time for me to cook myself a burger at home and not waste my money at any of the Zips because the price is too high for this amount of food and quality. I would not suggest this place. Upon pulling the food out less than 7 minutes after receiving it, the burger was COLD. I didn’t ask for cheese, they put it on the burger it wasn’t melted either. Lame.
