Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, it was still frozen in the middle, went back for a replacement, the replacement chicken sandwich was also frozen in the middle, asked for a refund at that point, definitely will not go back to this location

I tried to decide which would be quicker, the drive-through or going in. There was probably five or six cars at the drive-through so I decided to go in, but I kept an eye on the cars to see if I could do better by going in. I went in and I ordered two burgers and two milkshakes, my milkshakes came out right away. There was no line to order so I thought it was doing pretty good but then after 20 minutes of waiting for two burgers, I went back up to counter and there was a dark haired girl there, and I just told her I've been waiting for 20 minutes and I'd like to check on the status And she was pretty rude and she said there's nothing I can do about it and I said I'm just checking to see how much longer so she went over to the cook and I heard him say I'm pretty backed up so she came back to me and she said it'll be another five minutes and then she said maybe 10 and I said I'm not waiting around 30 minutes for two burgers And I said I'll probably want my money back and she said he's working on it now, so I went back and sat down. One of the bad parts of it besides the fact that I had waited so long is my order was to go and my milkshakes were already 25 minutes old , so probably getting warm. After 25 minutes I finally got my burgers. The lady that might've been an assistant manager slip me a $10 certificate. I saw her slip another person one also. The cook is obviously not keeping up but when I left the parking lot, I noticed that the cars that I kept my eue on in the drive-through were completely gone , so obviously, they serve the drive-through better than they serve the people inside. and to top it off, two burgers, a large milkshake and a small milkshake was $33

15 minutes for them to finally bring out my food and requested a refund and left will never be back to that store. He used to be better, but staff does not understand what their job is anymore and they can’t seem to make food like they should.

Went at 7pm and after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru order speaker I was told that the grill is not working and they can only complete fried orders. Not the first time having a poor experience here. Never going back!

their onion rings are the best out of all the zips!!! expensive, but worth it! juicy, hot, fresh, lots of batter! i won’t go anywhere else for these!!
