I've actually only been through the drive-thru at this location. Which was a better experience then I've had at other drive-thru's. The gal was very friendly and the service was quick and she didn't forget anything in my order. As far as the atmosphere it was fine for a drive-thru. The lawn was cut, the curb was free of over growth and weeds and absolutely no garbage along the way. I have no idea what it looks like inside the restaurant. But I would guess it's as nice as it can get.

Ordered a chicken basket (4 piece) was pleased by the portion size and how they made sure even thoe I got small pieces it was worth the value of the meal if your thinking of going to Macdonald's just don't plus the sauce was free.
I would gladly drive across town to visit this Zips. Their food always tastes better than the other stores. In the world of declining fast food quality, this store still cares about putting out good tasting food. Rather visit here then any other place currently. Thank you!

Went through the drive thru and their speaker system was not working properly and they could not hear our order. For 2 Papa Joe's and a medium fry was $16 without drinks, that's ridiculous. To make things worse there was enough salt on the fries to cover a whole batch. The staff was glum and disinterested and overall it seems this Zips has gone downhill. It seems like some money needs to go back into the facility and employees to boost things up a bit.

Food: Food was ok. I got pickles on my burger when I asked specifically for none. We ordered meals and didn’t get any fries with them. When I told them, we were given extra and fresh which was nice. It was shockingly expensive. $63 for 2 combos and a kids meal. Service: the gal that took our order spoke to quiet and I kept having to ask her to speak up because I couldn’t hear her. We felt like we were a burden on a slow night as workers stood around and stared at us while we ate. They shut the lights off on us at 7:45pm while we were still eating. I asked what time they close and they said 8pm. So we packed up our food and left. Atmosphere: overall it felt unwelcoming. Definitely not family friendly as I went to change my 8 week old baby and found no changing stations and had to change her at our booth.

They use to have the best chicken baskets but we recently stopped to get a few baskets and the chicken strips were the size of chicken nuggets. Theu also want to charge $2.99 or exlach additional nugget. Also it taken them 35 min to serve 3 cars in the drive through. Not sure if I would visit the Mead Zips
