We always love coming to pizza factory, it's something I grew up going to with my family and I have always loved their breadsticks and pizza. The only reason I don't give it a full 5 star is because of the owner I Medical Lake. On multiple occasions that we have been there, we have heard her yelling and bad mouthing her own staff. In front of costumers. Which not only looks bad for her as the owner, but puts the costumer in an awkward situation and makes us feel bad for her employees. The food is good, the place is acceptable for cleanliness, and the staff has always been very nice! Except for the owner.

We’ve been waiting for our food for an hour and 45 minutes and still no food. Unacceptable. There’s a state basketball tournament in Medical lake this weekend and players have had to return to their next game with no food. I do not recommend.

2/21 around 2pm in the afternoon. We ordered online and I arrived early. The young man was working his tail off and then a youth basketball team came in. He stayed calm and kept plugging away. Another person came in to help just as he was finishing taking the orders. Needless to say, our order got delayed. But, he kept looking over to me and was working so hard. He deserves a bonus. He is a special employee.

Pizza Factory ML catered a very important event for me and it was a great experience every step of the way. From the first call, the team always called me back promptly and held every promise they made. The delivery was on time and the order was perfect and everyone loved the pizza and twisted sticks. When you order pizza for a special event, it has better be good and Pizza Factory did not disappoint! I brought a thank you card in and got to meet the owner as well and was even more impressed how humble he was and grateful that I trusted them for my event. Will recommend and return my business to them for years.

Stopped in during their buffet hoping to have a good salad, a piece of pizza or 2, and some soda. Staff was friendly enough. Some younger kids.
Soda machine had no ice. According to the girl, they simply hadn't felt like filling it. Fountain soda w no ice is kind of a bummer.
Then i went for the salad bar. It was very neglected. Many of the toppings containers were empty, including CROUTONS. No croutons on a salad bar should constitute a healthy code violation or something lol. Most of the veggies were a little chewy rather than crunchy .
The pizza was pretty standard pizzaria pizza. Not bad. They only had one pizza out on the buffet though. when the lunch rush showed up and went for the buffet, they all had to fight over one piece of pizza, some bread sticks, and some dessert pizza. Some of them looked like fire fighters too. Those guys usually don't eat lightly and sometimes they don't have a lot of time for lunch.
Overall, it wasn't gross or a terrible experience but was definitely disappointing.
They were so sweet! They let me order just 20 mins before they closed and I truly appreciated it as it was a very long day! The boys working were so kind and the foods always the best pizza!

Had high hopes for the chicken Alfredo literally the noodles tasted like dish soap. Something definitely wasn’t right. The bread was great though. Also, please don’t Blair absurd acid rock music in the lobby That kind of ruins the family vibe.

DISAPPOINTED. this afternoon i ordered a pizza for me and my 2 daughters. one of them is allergic to cheese and i ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, WITHOUT cheese. unfortunately, 10 minutes after my daughter ate her pizza, she complained of her stomach hurting. soon later she complained of her throat closing. i am hurt that this pizza company doesn’t have the decency to care about people with allergies. now im on the way to the hospital. i will not be ordering again, as my daughter states the woman on the phone was laughing as she was scared for her life.
