We always love coming to pizza factory, it's something I grew up going to with my family and I have always loved their breadsticks and pizza. The only reason I don't give it a full 5 star is because of the owner I Medical Lake. On multiple occasions that we have been there, we have heard her yelling and bad mouthing her own staff. In front of costumers. Which not only looks bad for her as the owner, but puts the costumer in an awkward situation and makes us feel bad...
Allover very good food and service lovely marinara and they use good mozzarella..very important!!! I think people should be a little nicer with the reviews..you guys are doing great and we love you

the salad bar may or may not have ingredients. The veggies may be fresh, or may be soggy, or hey, may even be mostly frozen still. 2 weeks ago, i paid for a salad, went to the bar, and there was an employee finishing putting everything away. it was 6:30 -- guess they felt like that...
