McDonald’s is not the Ritz, but there is certainly a range of quality one can expect. I will say that this location is shockingly decent one might even say good. for me, the focus is on the quality to price ratio, and by this metric, this McDonald’s is truly best in class. if someone thinks they have been to a better McDonald’s in Washington state, please share and I would like to go there.

On Friday 6 March 26 after school, we converged on the Mercer Island McDonalds with our grandchildren for an after-school snack and hanging out with before going home. Unfortunately, in the middle of their snack a gush of water came pouring down from the roof and nearly missed them. I want to give a shoutout to the McDonald’s employee who helped me. They were extremely friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the whole interaction. They listened carefully to my order, confirmed everything to avoid mistakes, and made sure I received everything I asked for. The service was fast, and the employee kept a positive attitude the entire time, even though the restaurant was busy. Overall, they made my experience smooth and pleasant.
