Pagliacci's on Mercer Island is a bustling pizza hub with a park located next door- great for family fun. They have the best crust, both chewy with a crunch, but never soggy. There are many toppings options and combinations are all customizable - you can get roasted garlic in anything! They also sell by the slice. Their staff are quick & courteous and helped me with a smile.
My last couple of visits to the Mercer Island location were extremely satisfying. Definitely much better than previous times over the years. Recently I noticed that the staff were not the typical young high school students but more “mature” adults of (maybe Hispanic?) descent. We ate at the Bellevue restaurant! We are truck drivers and go all over the country. This is the BEST Pizza we have ever had! We ordered the Agog Primo with roasted garlic. The crust was perfect crispy and light! BRAVO!! 5 Stars
