Not that much better than chipotle but extremely overpriced

The food from this QDOBA was the worst I’ve ever had. There was barely any meat in the birria quesadilla, the cookie tasted like the plastic it was wrapped in, and the queso had little to no flavor.

Went to get a burrito. Service was stellar but it is a fast food Mexican restaurant. Burrito is fast food quality but does the job.

I recently visited Qdoba and had a horrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was unacceptable. As I was ordering, the worker (a Black girl) had an attitude and interrupted me, telling me to list everything I wanted at once. On top of that, there were NO serving utensils for any of the toppings.

I received my food without a receipt, and when I got back to my hotel—there was HAIR in my food. I immediately reached out to the store, only to be told that I would have to drive 45 minutes back just to return the food and get a refund. That’s completely unreasonable.

Since Qdoba didn’t want to make things right, I figured I’d share my experience. DO BETTER, QDOBA.

Wow! This Qdoba is great!!!

I was raised a Chipotle gal… so I have never had a lot of food here. Recently in the last year I have been constantly disappointed in Chipotles quality.

I ate here at Qdoba today and 1st of all guac is not extra! Complimentary chips! Could this place be any better!? Had a steak bowl and it tasted way better than I anticipated.

Anyways now I’m telling my friends
Qdoba > Chipotle.

I've had consistently good experiences, the food is good, ypu can choose your own adventure so it can appeal to lots of preferences and dietary needs, the staff is usually friendly and quick, parking in the garage is free and easy. Great place for a fast casual bite!

- Extra queso I was charged for
- The 2 other quesos that should have come with
- The 2 corn salsas
- The 2 sour creams
- The lettuce
- The cilantro

The soft corn tortillas basically crumbled when we folded them so we couldn't make tacos.
No option to order hard shells.
