I come here a couple times a month for what I always hope is a quick smoothie… and it never is. Not a single other person waiting on an order and I waited 15+ minutes for one smoothie. A guy came in shortly after me and ordered avocado toast. He got his order and nearly finished it before the smoothie was done. This is the third or fourth time I’ve had a similar experience, so I won’t be returning. Plus $11 for kale, spinach and some berries is wild. Service is usually pretty lame, folks at the register seem annoyed to take your order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this letdown unless you have an exorbitant amount of time on your hands.

most things are very tasty but DO NOT GET the green machine or tropical beauty smoothies. They taste very weird. Not sure if it's an issue of ingredient cohesion but they both taste off. Upsetting because the green smoothie bowl is very good but neither of these two green smoothies tasted right. However! Its not the worst flavor ever and you can kinda get used to it after a while.

Usually the egg toast here is my absolute favorite but recently I ordered one and the veggies on it were on their way out (going bad). The radishes were brown and some of the the celery (most of which I unfortunately ate before realizing) was dark and squishy instead of crunchy :( I contacted Sano but never heard back.

the food is tasteless, and one day the juices were made well, but on the other the same juice was made watery and with a different composition, without adding ingredients. I'm shocked!

first off, took 20 min to make two juices, and the employee kept the sticker on the apple and proceeded to blend it. and the juice ended up not even being good. when I asked the employee at the register also what she recommended for something refreshing, she just said what they had rather than suggesting something. overall not good service, not good food, and most importantly not good health standards... oh and overpriced.

Food is amazing here. I would highly recommend. The cost for value is excellent as well.The acai bowl and lunch bowls are great.My only complaint is that the tall chairs inside the resturant are very wobbly and uncomfortable.

We usually love Sano Cafe, but this morning we had our usual avocado toast and green juice orders and both were completely different versions of the usual excellent dishes. The avocado toast had what appeared to be pre-packaged (Costco probably) "avocado" smeared on top. It was definitely not fresh and tasted like greasy citric acid. The green juice was mostly just canned or jarred apple juice with some green powder blended in. There was no green taste, just sickly sweet apple. We love Sano and hope that they can go back to being our go-to freshly made healthy breakfast spot.

Update: this is an excellent spot for healthy food. Lots of options and their homemade sauces are not too heavy and taste great.Previous: They will sometimes close early and they already have difficult hours. Really difficult to plan to head to Mercer Island when you can't trust the schedule

This was my first time at Sano Cafe and I was more than impressed! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Heather was very helpful! She pointed out some of the more popular menu items, as well as some of the specials. I had the Pesto Avocado Toast and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place!

What a great cafe! I went for a visit for the first time yesterday, and I was quite impressed. The avocado toast was fresh and delicious, and the iced coffee that I had was really smooth and made just right. Will definitely be back!
