Staff are friendly, but the food and drinks are overpriced and they haven't changed their pastry menu in years.
Trista and Miranda are welcoming attentive and friendly to get help from
Every time I come have to ask them where my drink is 15 mins after I ordered. Incompetence.
I don’t like Starbucks or their practices, but the employees here are really great. Larry always remembers my name and my order, and one of the baristas sometimes draws these wonderful messages on my cup. Just really nice folks.
We planned to go in but there was no parking available so we went through the drive-thru. We stopped in as we traveled to Coeur d'Alene from Seattle.

This location has a hard time making their drinks correctly which becomes disappointing time after time. Considering finding a new location.

I live pretty close to this Starbucks and I really want to love it, but I have to say the in-store experience is consistently frustrating. Whenever I go inside, I end up waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for my drink, which is really annoying. The drive-through is a different story though—it’s fast and efficient! But when I don’t want to wait that long, I usually end up either ordering and going through the drive-through or walking across the street to the other Starbucks, where the service is much quicker. It’s just disappointing that the in-store service is so slow here, considering how close it is to home.

Drop in Starbucks with little to no seating inside. Tables outside are nice.
It was alright.

If you’re going here on a weekday, you’re golden. But going on a weekend suuuucks. First, people place stupid-large hot food orders, which take forever and cause other orders to back up. Second, the weekend staff are demonstrably illiterate. I stood waiting for 5 minutes, not realizing the drink from my mobile order was already made. They put it in the pickup area for people with names at the end of the alphabet. My name starts with D. Then, after another 5 minutes, when my hot sandwich was finally ready, the barista called out “Caitlin” (tf?), and the only reason I went and looked at the bag (which ended up having my not-Caitlin name on it) is because no one else picked it up. Horrible!

Typical Starbucks. But the iced Americano's here are always watery with all the ice melted down to small chips. I watch them do it. They put shots in hot, then too much water, then if you take half and half, the cup is so full they can barely put any ice in, which all melts quickly. I barely drank a quarter of my drink and I had a few tiny pieces left. I will attempt to trick them next time by saying no water, all ice, and maybe add an extra shot.
Great employees, drink not frapp enough. Love your new ice.
