I don’t like Starbucks or their practices, but the employees here are really great. Larry always remembers my name and my order, and one of the baristas sometimes draws these wonderful messages on my cup. Just really nice folks.
I live pretty close to this Starbucks and I really want to love it, but I have to say the in-store experience is consistently frustrating. Whenever I go inside, I end up waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for my drink, which is really annoying. The drive-through is a different story though—it’s fast and efficient! If you’re going here on a weekday, you’re golden. But going on a weekend suuuucks. First, people place stupid-large hot food orders, which take forever and cause other orders to back up. Second, the weekend staff are demonstrably illiterate. I stood waiting for 5 minutes, not realizing the drink from my mobile order was already made.
