Very nice Starbucks. It has a drive-in and everything else a Starbucks has. I really enjoy staying here and spending rainy days there and doing a little work on my laptop, reading, etc.

Save yourself some time and go to the other Starbucks nearby. My latte was 7/8 milk and my sandwich was almost cold after being toasted. I never thought a Starbucks could disappoint like this one - sad since the building is stunning.

This is the most "On It" Starbucks I have been to in ages. Barely a wait with a line full of cars AND customers inside. Food and drink were both out and made to order. This team should be used as a benchmark for other stores!

This place is fantastic and I have been to many Starbucks across the country. Iced coffees and food are very good. Service thus far has been excellent and staff friendly. To the other bloggers point - the parking spots are always full- so we park across the street (2hoiur max). They could adjust the music sound level lower and change the genre perhaps depending on time of day. The Club type music should be for night only.

I had an okay experience at this Starbucks location. Employees were all very nice, but a little slow with making drinks. There isn't a lot of seating and they definitely lack places to sit with outlets. I found it really warm in there as well, but it is winter so it's somewhat understandable. Bathrooms needed some tending to; they weren't very clean. While I was there, a staff member came around to give a free sample of one of their holiday drinks. I have never experienced that at a Starbucks and thought it was awesome! Overall, I would come back, but it's not my favorite location.

They always have cops inside(just a bad vibe) and twice now I have ordered a hot drink and received a single cup, no sleeve, and no stopper. On top of everything, they have no problem laughing at you and treating you like you’re stupid in the drive through. I know what you’re supposed to do as a Starbucks employee, and this is not it.Parking: A pain to get in and out, don’t even try it if you have a larger suv or truck. Many people park across the street and walk over.

Service here is great! This location is also really convenient to meet people at for being in between the Eastside and Seattle.
I live right by this one and avoid it. At any given time they may have seven workers back there and you will stand at the counter for awhile before any of them take your order. It's a very "chill" approach to the priorities and not customer service oriented. Even the management does this and doesn't resolve the problem. I've seen more than just me have problems with this.

Twice in a row, the hot mocha I ordered here has been awful. They seem to add almost no chocolate syrup and it tastes as if the milk they used is spoilt.We had noticed quite low flavor in pista latte as well when it was briefly launched.All other starbucks branches that I’ve tried make these drinks very well, including a Tabit Village branch nearby.Apart from food, service and seating arrangement is good.

Jo who works the drive thru is hysterical and FANTASTIC. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and all the workers were on top of it too! Thank you for making a car full of gays going on a river float have such a great laugh in the morning.
