It's a little pricey but the food is top shelf. The squid ink rice with baked cheese top, triple pepper shrimp, and steamed fish with ginger are all fantastic. The cocktails were OK, but certainly not bad. Service was a little slow but I don't fault them because they were extremely busy.
Xmas eve dinner and 1st time visit- very much appreciated that they accommodated us at 5 pm at the last min. We routinely went to Peony Kitchen for family bdays and was surprised to see similar menu items, not realizing that Danna Hwang had been at both! Oysters, soft shell crab, twice cooked pork, squid ink rice, duck, okra eggplant, giant short rib were all AMAZING!!
