Simply the worst Subway I’ve been to. Paid $16.71 for the protein bowl (roast beef)The lady is rude, she definitely hates this job. Probably the last time going to any subway. But if you ever are hungry - it’s better to stay hungry than to visit this place, just skip it.

Nasty , filthy, dirty female worker. Looks like a drug user worker. Black gross things under her long fingernails maybe from her scratching her head, or her skin. Not only that she keep twitching like she is looking for her next drug hit. But also she is extremely rude, no manners, yelling at other customers. Once we saw all that. For sure we didn't want her to make our sandwiches.Also the Food ,and the ingredients in the display look awful. Not fresh.One look at her, and the display will shut you appetite. Like it did for us. And I am glad. We left. I did not want us to catch,or contract a bad virus, or some kind of sickness, or disease from this Nasty place.I really don't know how Mercer Island people allow this Nasty place in their neighborhood.The place & the worker are disgusting.Do not come here unless you want lower standards, poor-quality food, and Extremely poor, and terrible serviceThe owner of this Subway must have been desperate to put this person in this place, and now the owner is subjecting customers to the abuse by this filthy monster., or the owner have a very low standard, and does not care about the customers, and he is only using this place as tax deduction, So it doesn't matter anymore.I highly recommend staying away from this Nasty, gross place& nasty foodI should have read other reviews before going into this Nasty gross place

I just being in this subway 5 minutes ago. The lady which did a sandwich for me and my son was angry, nervous, just to much rude. She couldn’t wait till we say what to add to the sandwich, she was so nervous that we are thinking and discussing with son what he want…I’ve been in subway in Dubai and service was amazing. Here it was look like I came to her house and opened her fridge. Talk to your staff and explain them that they supposed to be nice, kind, explain to people about ingredients, what souse is spicy and which one is not spicy. Explain them to give normal service so people will come again.
I can’t believe I paid over $15 after tax and a tip (the suggestions start at 15%) for a footlong veggie that wasn’t generous with ingredients. The good news is the tomatoes were fresh, not the usual variety I see at other locations. Will not be going here again for that price.

This location constantly skimp on meat. I've been unhappy with their filling portions each time I ordered but when served only TWO slices of meat on my roast beef sandwich, that's the last straw...

Bad Service, no promos excepted. Subs are mostly bread. They get online orders wrong even when they have a print out.

It is my fault for going back after 3x bad service. I decided to give it one last chance because hey, I was hankering for a sandwich. Worst mistake EVER.I Learned my lesson. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. 3rd time was not the charm.I was denied extra onions green pepper this last time and I received minimal meats the times before.After I told them I didn't want my sandwich because they were not going to give me more onions, they not only threw my sandwich fillings back into the bowls but my boyfriend's and my daughter's sandwich fixings back into the bowls to be REUSED for somebody else...I figured this time ordering a vegetarian sandwich I would be ok... WRONG. My fault. Just Be prepared to have bad service and small small portions.I will never go back to this location.I gave them too many chances to make it right.If you decide to go to this restaurant make sure you bring yourself some onions.......

This is absolutely the worst subway ever. They skimp on the meats, cheeses, and veggies. The bread is usually stale and hard. I honestly don't know how they are in business. I do not recommend this Subway. I have given them too much Business as it is.
