Had breakfast on the way through town. The waitress was very friendly, the food was good, and they gave me two pieces of toast (so many restaurants are scrimping these days and give only one piece of toast). It tasted like real butter on the toast (many restaurants use oil). Coffee was good.

The Farmhouse Cafe is a hidden GEM in the beautiful forest country that is Metaline Falls. The food quality and customer service here are both exceptional. Unquestionably, their biscuits and gravy are the best I’ve ever had. Their coffee cake is another can’t miss. I regularly daydream about these two dishes and can’t wait to come back! The Farmhouse Cafe’s execution of our large catering order was outstanding and made our wedding weekend unforgettable for our entire family. We will be coming back here for life. Thank you Farmhouse Cafe!!!

Made to order very tasty. I had breakfast twice and both times it was very good. I was especially pleased that the syrup was warm. So many places have stopped warming syrup. I also ordered hash browns and ask for crispy and they were crispy all the way through without being burnt. Great job! No hash whites. The staff is friendly.

We found this quaint little cafe on our way to Canada. Stacy took great care of us. The food was delicious! I had the chicken salad croissant which was full of hunks of fresh chicken and the potato salad. Both tasted freshly made. My husband had the reuben and homemade chips which were amazing! The coffee and latte were a perfect addition with our yummy pie. We bought a cinnamon roll to go and enjoyed it immensely the next day. Some cinnamon rolls are hard and dry on the outside edges but this one wasn't! Moist and delicious throughout! Don't miss this place if you’re near Metaline!
Wheelchair accessibility: I was on a cane because of a broken ankle. No problem getting around. Plenty of room for a wheelchair. The only issue was the bathroom. The toilet was really low and no grab bars.

Just a delightful small town cafe that takes pride in their sense of community and good healthy wholesome eating. Take your hat off, it’s ok to pray here and welcome home 🏠

We stopped into the cafe while in town for the weekend and had a great meal to start off our day! It is a lovely, cozy establishment with kind staff, great coffee, and delicious food—what more could you want! We took a cinnamon roll to go, and even a day or two later was still AMAZING. Definitely worth checking it out ☺️

I make a trip to Metaline Falls every year. The Farmhouse was suggested to us and I am so glad! I've had both breakfast & lunch there. The food is very good. The service, homemade pies and cinnamon rolls are what keeps me going back! The owner is so sweet and told us about some amazing places to check out while we were in there. I absolutely loves this little town!

Great American cafe food. Burgers, melts, other hot and cold sandwiches. House made fries and chips. A very enjoyable lunch spot on the way between Spokane and Canada.

Fishing in this area and got hungry. The only place in town I believe so I stopped in. Had the main breakfast with eggs, toast, ham and hash browns. I ordered extra crispy browns and the eggs over easy. The homemade today was really good. The eggs were overcooked and the browns were barely done not even regular crispy as you can see from the pics. Overall the good was just fair not anything special. I also tried the strawberry rhubarb pie and it was tasty. Looking forward to the cherry pie bar I bought. If you just need some food to fill you up it's ok here but don't expect quality. I may just keep driving next time.
