I can't believe I haven't reviewed Azul yet. I love this restaurant. I think it might be a top 3 for me. Yes, it's that good. The service is always pretty good and the spot itself is a nice looking bistro. They offer Mexican and American dishes. I have yet to have anything I don't like. My favorite is the blackened salmon tacos with coconut rice and green beans. TRY THOSE SIDES!!!! Trust me you won't regret it. I've been going here over 10 years and there's a reason. Their food, service, and experience is the best in the area - Hans down. It's a great spot to catch happy hour, meet a friend, enjoy a date night, or dine outside. My favorite dishes are their carne asada and the chicken chop chop salad. Food ***** Service ***** Ambiance **** While we enjoy Indigo and have never had anything that wasn't top quality, we gave Azul a try. Since they offer Carnitas, we decided to both order Carnitas. We were a little disappointed when the Carnitas turned out to be a bit on the bland side spice wise and had not been cooked again on the grill just before serving. We have found the best Carnitas at Julio's in Bothel.
