“The food is great. I called on my lunch to order . Multiple times got hung up on. Pick up then hang up. Then I go in to order and the kid taking orders did the same thing when people called. Not even very busy and he’s hanging up on customers calling to place an order. not cool. Might wanna let him know. But the place is great never had food I didn’t like“

“My husband and I visited this place before the hockey game. We weren't sure of it but we're amazed. Greeted us as we walked in. Attended to us very quickly. Even made great suggestions. When we were kids it was our Friday night staple and we always looked forward to that. I also loved going to Frank Love Elementary back in the early 2000's for basketball and pizza night. The best! “Decent seafood boil for the best value in town. It may not scratch all the itchy parts but definitely a best budget friendly seafood boil that tastes great.

Quick serves, maybe like 10 minute wait for the boil, and great service.

“Ordered the tofu teriyaki and the orange tofu bowl. Was very pleased with the taste! I was worried at first seeing another reviewer who was given meat instead of tofu, but I did not have that issue. I have been looking for a good tofu teriyaki in the N Seattle area for a while and will definitely return.“

“So delicious! I have tried the fried chicken, the spicy chicken sandwich, and the bulgogi bowl. All were made to order, flavorful, with great texture! Their chicken sandwich is particularly addictive, with a spicy sauce, light and crispy chicken, and tasty slaw. Writing this is making me hungry!“

“terrible customer service, centralized dispatch service, online ordering & delivery service... had a problem ordering online. I called. was taken to their centralized dispatcher who took my order over the phone. they confirmed the online ordering system malfunction & said they needed to transfer me to the store direct line for payment processing... 50 mins on hold, no one answered (also no way to return to dispatcher using key pad). I hung up and called back. they retook my order and placed me on hold while they "did the math" so I could pay. 20 mins later, they get back on the line and retake my order a 3rd time. they then allow me to pay and claim our location is out if bread sticks as therefore were not answering the phones & that is why the online ordering is disabled. We receive our order 40 mins later with a ring on our door. I open the door and there is no person but pizzas sat on our bench. I had planned to make sure the order was correct & tip our driver but couldn't do either. of course, the order was wrong... one pizza was too small, while the other was wrong all together. they also left no receipt (& since I ordered verbally I got no emailed receipt). I called the dispatcher again. they say I can only file complaints via email. I asked what do I do about the fact that I don't have enough food or the right food to feed my family after all of this? he said eat what you have and I'll transfer you to the store's direct line (knowing they didn't answer the last time). Again on hold... (48mins) I've hung up because surprise surprise, NO ONE ANSWERS. I sent a FB message to them also, nothing.... I have my order confirmation number and a photo of my pizzas. I'll be chatting with you all in person tomorrow. 🤬“

“The food was great, however, several operational issues were noted: tabletop cleanliness was suboptimal, three fountain drink dispensers lacked syrup, and the supply of disposable cutlery was insufficient. When asked for more forks, the staff gave a low end, pre-packaged sysco f.k.s. napkin combo, which are flimsy. It could barely handle scooping baked beans without bending.

“Really like the pizza here, especially the vegan cheese option (+$4).

Though, the prices are a bit steep compared to other pizza places. Two medium pizzas and one soda with tax and tip is $80. I think charging $1.50 for every topping is probably the crux of the issue, with just 4 toppings, you're already +$6 per pizza.

“Food is good but if you want cheese on your nachos go somewhere else. I ordered nachos and only got a pinch of cheese. No exaggeration, it looked like someone grabbed a little tiny pinch with two fingers. The second time I went I made sure to ask for extra cheese to avoid this. And once again I was hardly given any cheese at all. Cheese is a main part of nachos so I’m confused as to why they barely give any. Lost my business over some cheese. The very first time I went there the food was amazing with zero complaints but after back to back issues with getting very little to no cheese I’ll never be back.“

“The person at the Front was nice and courteous unlike places where they just ask your name when picking up , throw the bag in your face and look at the next person. “I’ve been enjoying the tea options here for a while but I am inspired to post this review right now specifically because of the character of the staff that I got to witness today:
There was an older person who had fallen outside of the store, and multiple employees on shift were among the people who rushed to help. The employees provided lots of first aid material (including a very helpful gauze wrap for a very bloody wound) and provided helping hands to clean up and aid the person. They brought water for cleaning, and later provided ice in a bag. They did all of this urgently and without much prompting - just a real class display of community right there. During a fairly busy hour of customers, these employees saw what was important and stepped up to care for someone in need. And then they jumped right back into their job, managing what I can only imagine was a backlog of orders. Keep up the hard work. Major shoutout to those on shift this Sunday afternoon.“

“I called on Halloween night to inquire about a Jack O Lantern pizza my grandkid wanted. Pizza Hut didn't have that offer it was Papa Murphys however Kana offered to personally make a Jack O Lantern pizza for my grand kid. It was very sweet of him to go out of his way for us on a very busy night.“

“The Lake Stevens Papa John's is usually quite busy, but they seem to work hard to get orders made as quickly as possible. The typical frustration is that food is not actually ready when the mobile app indicates. This causes a build-up of customers who are all confused as to why their orders are not actually ready to be picked up.Orders are most often correct, high quality, and delicious. The restaurant is simply cramped and often feels a bit chaotic.“
