I was trying to use the Free Pizza coupon online, and it wouldn't let me unless I spent $20 on food. I'm by myself and that's a lot of food to buy just for a free pizza. So I called the store, and the supervisor was very kind! He helped me get my free pizza and my drink, all while using my coupon online! I unfortunately didn't get his name, but he was very professional and helped me the best he could. Kudos to him!
I've gone here quit a bit. But recently I've been very disappointed.Ordered our last order at around 7:30pm. Wasn't busy, low key.Some how we got a pizza with no sauce and burnt, yes black burnt.Yikes, the time before there was SO much sauce it was oozing out, it was everywhere lol. I haven't had a decent experience here yet.Lake stevens has always been fantastic and we will be driving the extra distance to go there going forward.

Thanks Dakota for resolving the issue.Was dissatisfied for the first time ever with this location. They were just having a hard day, wich we understand. DAKOTA gave me a credit with no stress attached and was very understaning. The situation was very respectful.
