Absolutely love Frost in Mill Creek. Creative donuts, great coffee, and a cozy vibe that makes it a perfect spot for breakfast or brunch. The donuts are always fresh, the flavors are unique without being over the top, and the staff is friendly every time. Easy go to spot in the Town Center.

Many of the negative reviews are from the same people who are commenting on multiple local business pages when the owners have expressed support for immigrants and human rights. Don’t be fooled, Frost is top-tier! Try the Bavarian cream!

I want to sincerely apologize to this business for the most recent 1 star review repeatedly being posted by Travis Maner that mentions my name. That review appears to be related to a dispute I had with him as the owner of a massage business and public comments he is making to customers and on his Facebook page. This business (among others) should not have been dragged into this issue. I’m very sorry for any impact this may have caused.
Separately, their donuts were catered at a birthday I attended over two years ago, and I had the Oreo-covered donut. It was fresh and delicious. I’ll happily support this business if I’m in the mill creek area and look forward to trying more items. I’ll update my review with photos when I do.

Stale donuts. My son hated his donut so much he couldn't finish it. Mine was not any better and I actually threw it in the garbage. Cold and burned coffee! I asked for it to be remade and the employee half filled up a new cup with the same coffee and then diluted it with extraordinarily hot water!! Very disappointed that my money spent here.
Since posting this review I have been stalked and harassed by a Kyle H and another person. Is Kyle H. associated with this business? He left Frost a 5 Star review shortly after my 1 star.

Frost is a gem in Mill Creek! It owned by a local family who cares about our community and their employees. I recently bought two dozen donuts for my doctor’s office, and they were so high quality and looked amazing! Everyone raved about. I loved that I had this option to bring something unique.
Also, please note that the person named Travis Maner who is giving a one star review is doing that to local businesses who stand in support of immigrants. He likely hasn’t even been to Frost and his review has been reported.

This is easily one of my favorite locations to pick up Uber eats and DoorDash orders from. The atmosphere inside of the restaurant is very clean and very wonderful. It always smells absolutely amazing and the staff are very friendly and polite. The turnover times on picking up orders from this location are very quick overall and I’ve never really had to wait longer than five minutes. Maybe seven minutes at most for an order. Very positive experience with this location overall, although I have not ate food or ordered anything here myself.

I order from Frost all the time and it's always great. One of my favorites is getting a bagel sandwich with jalapenos. Most of the time it comes with just half a jalapeno cut and placed randomly on the sandwich, so really only half the sandwich has it. There's one rogue employee, though, who dares to put two slices and allows me a jalapeno in each bite. This employee, while unknown to me, is my favorite person. You know who you are, random employee, and I thank you for your service.

I visited this café on a Friday morning, and it was really nice. I ordered a coffee and a donut, and both were pretty good. It wasn’t too crowded inside, but there were a lot of people coming and going. They even gave me a small treat with my coffee, which was a sweet surprise. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely come back again.
