I bought a pan pizza 25 bucks 3 dollars a small slice 2 garden salads day old 8 bucks each cookie dough already opened 9 bucks could of went to red lobster only 1 person working never again should of known better no glovesFrom cash register to making the pizzaI ate the pizza threw the salads away not gonna try the cookie dough should ask for a refund but I feel bad for the lady working she seemed overwelmed

Twice I have come to this location before 7:30pm, and they already have their assembly line basically shut down (i.e., the toppings put away). I don't understand if their Website says that they're open until 8pm, why this happens (even more than once). ?♀️ Maybe the hours should change to 7:30pm, so if the night manager wants to begin cleaning early. But then I have a feeling that this will just shift their ability to make regular pizzas until 7pm (possibly). I understand that certain ingredients may no longer be available. But in my opinion, a restaurant should be ready to serve customers until they actually close, even if their traffic/orders slows down.

I used to love Papa Murphy's and would get it at least twice a month when I Iived in other cities. This place has really gone downhill. They nearly never have everything in stock, which means when you order online, you end up having to do a refund or get something else entirely. They also ask for a tip online, which is ridiculous.They don't deserve my business anymore, nor yours. Just go to Elliott Bay Pizza and Pub a block over. They actually cook the pizzas for you and it's nearly the same price.

Extremely slow and from the couple of visits, "light headed" employees. Ordered ahead online about 20 minutes before leaving the house, 10 minute drive, and waited for them to make my two pizzas in store. What's the point of ordering ahead?

I've been a loyal Papa Murphy's customer for a while and have always enjoyed their products. However, I dislike the Mill Creek store. They often make mistakes, wrong topping, and sometimes sloppy presentation. I've not had these issues at other stores so I typically avoid this location when possible. Today, while passing by the area, we decided to give the Mill Creek location another chance. As you can see in the attached picture, these calzones don't look very appealing. As we were leaving, we witnessed another customer returning their pizza due to incorrect toppings. It's disheartening to see that some things still haven't improved.
I'm so tired of this place not getting our orders right, Every time I order extras it's like I get less extra cheese and pepperoni, this has been happening over the last year or so. I get a little gun shy after my orders are wrong and won't order from them for months hoping things have changed, This Mill Creek store just can't get an order right unless you are standing right in front of them. So Don't order online. It's as if they put things on your pizza that they feel like doing.Parking: QFC , bank plus other shops, so its hard to get a parking place if your handicap and or close to papa murphy's

Friendly staff, prompt service, and delicious pizzaWe ordered kid's pizza for my son, and it was amazing to see the workers press the dough and make the pizza right in front of us rather than using frozen pizza.
