I was planning for a large birthday party, intending to order multiple pizzas. I called 3 times , ahead of time , to speak to a manager. I wanted to be sure that I would be able to use multiple coupons for the 9 pizzas I planned to buy. I was assured each call that there wouldn't be a problem. When my husband went in Sat. an hour before the party to pick them up, the manager refused to accept the multiple coupons. We have ordered here for years and it's normally great, but today I put in an early morning online order to pick up at 12:30pm. I'm sure they used day old dough for the crust, it didn't raise at all and had the consistency of cardboard. Not happy, had friends over to eat and watch the game. I made us ham and cheese grilled sandwiches instead. :(
