I came out with a friend this evening to listen to live music and it was really good. A lot of the 80 New Wave style, I thought it was great entertainment and no cover charge. The place was packed and people were on the floor dancing, the staff is running, and the guest are ordering so be patient and just enjoy the music and atmosphere as you wait in line for your drinks or your order. Lots of tables and places to sit, the dance floor is small but big enough to enjoy.
I was once here at the bar waiting for a bus with a shot and a beer.
While there a group of 30-something dudes came in and one asked for (if I remember correctly) an old fashioned. The bartender looked him dead in the face and asked if this looked like the kind of place that made old fashioneds (profanity excluded).
