Went for Sunday lunch. The female employees I worked with were extremely rude, unfriendly, and didn't even say hello.If you don't like your job, quit! Don't offend your customers.

Port of Subs in Mill Creek has amazing sandwiches. They always have fresh bread and meat. I go here weekly just for the delicious sandwich. They also have friendly and quick service!

I walked into this shop today at lunchtime and was not greeted with anything but a very nasty look and an attitude as if they were saying "what are you doing in my shop?".Their customer service was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Will never recommend them or go back!

3 Sanwiches made wrong 2x's in one day. Mgr gave the excuse that they were busy. I mobile ordered to pick up 20 mins later, it only takes 10 to get there. They offered me a cookie to make up for 3 wrong sandwiches. I won't order from there again.

I used to really like this place. The sandwich today and the service was not what I remember at all. Bread was stale, pastrami was chewy, the two ladies making the sandwich seemed mad they were there in the first place.... not one word in response. The complete silent treatment it was so awkward. Cheese is processed not real cheese, although they slice it to order. When we asked for extra napkins she handed us 2 more napkins that were so thin, told her we had to eat in the car can we have a couple more she handed us 2 more. I mean like even if we weren't eating in the car it wouldn't have been enough. It was a very weird experience and I will not be returning.

I got a coupon in ValPak & decided to use it. Ordering online was very easy & convenient. I ordered for pickup & sent my husband to pick the order up. It's an 11 minute drive. He got to the restaurant, they called his name, he went forward & another man took the order & walked out. No verification process whatsoever. My husband (who has an uncommon name) told the people at the register that was his order & they told him to call me at home. They wanted to verify that I ordered for pick up. All they really needed to do was redo our order. Well they did - after they helped 5 people that had since come in the restaurant. That added 30 minutes to our wait time. The good news is that they apologize & didn't charge for the second order. The bad news is that they should have bumped my husband to the front of the line. Customer service is lacking & they should have some kind of process to make sure the right people are getting their food . After all of that - the food wasn't anything special. Probably won't go back.

The meat is on the higher end of quality but how it is used makes it a waste. A sliver of meat on basically a loaf of below average bread did it no justice whatsoever. I ended up combining all of the ingredients on a large sub on to one half the bread. The result was still barely satisfying. Jersey Mike's does it better. Sorry guys.

Soooo much to choose from subs, salads, cookies, brownies, chips and even bottle or fountain drinksCustomer's love it to the point if you never had Port of Subs before they have Is suggestions for youI will be back to have other choicesI had the smoked ham turkey and chadder with a brownie and soda I would suggest the number 5
