I got a coupon in ValPak & decided to use it. Ordering online was very easy & convenient. I ordered for pickup & sent my husband to pick the order up. It's an 11 minute drive. He got to the restaurant, they called his name, he went forward & another man took the order & walked out. No verification process whatsoever. The meat is on the higher end of quality but how it is used makes it a waste. A sliver of meat on basically a loaf of below average bread did it no justice whatsoever. I ended up combining all of the ingredients on a large sub on to one half the bread. The result was still barely satisfying. Jersey Mike's does it better. Sorry guys.
