I ordered my drink and drove up to the window. They gave me a hot when I asked for iced, so I politely pointed it out and asked if I could get it iced. The girl’s response was “I told you to check the screen, didn’t I?” Excuse me? Lmao I’m sorry I didn’t have my glasses to read the screen and thought you were paying attention to doing your job, too. The rude response wasn’t necessary and completely unacceptable. This is why I frequent Gourmet Latte, and will be driving out of my way to go to one instead of the convenience. Starbucks sucks.

I ordered light ice but the way they make I can see that not light ice when I asked they said they did but even on the cup still not mention about it .when I drink 1 sip now I can tell it’s not . Really not happy with my drink

Unfortunate interaction, placed mobile order as we were leaving from picking up our food. Arrived to the drive through gave our name, and when the barista confirmed they "politely" scolded us for "having just received the order and to give them more time before arriving". If I had placed the order directly there with them at the window, it would have taken longer than the few moments I did wait for my drink. So I truly did not understand their irritation and necessity to then put that onto the customer. Some people have certain disabilities that can limit their communication, and to be honest I have never had an issue prior to ordering and arriving early. There was also no one in the drive thru when I initially had arrived and the person behind me placed an order there.. no one was being held up :(

The service here is typically pretty bad. None of the baristas are friendly and barely talk to you. There is one guy here who wheres glasses and has longer hair and he is always in a bad attitude and very snippy.

The barista was somehow offended that we placed a mobile order, explaining that if we are going to place a mobile order we need to wait 5-7 minutes before coming to the store. I apologize for ordering I suppose? I don't understand how that could possibly be an inconvenience, as placing a mobile order saves time for everyone involved. Even if it is a little inconvenient, how is it appropriate to lecture customers who obviously frequent their establishment (using the app)? I did not appreciate the service at all. On top of that, they didn't even try to stir the syrup in at the bottom of the cup, and since I didn't have a straw I couldn't stir it in. Definitely not coming to this location again anytime soon

Bintou is so sweet! I was having a rough day and crying in the corner (I thought I was being pretty sneaky about it, but apparently not lol) and she noticed. She came over and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. She even brought me a refill of my tea. I am so touched by her kindness. Thank you Bintou, you're a gem. :)

AVOID GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS! NOT SAFE!
I have had the worst experience today. I am not an unreasonable person and I was treated horribly today. There was a girl with orange hair and glasses working at the counter making coffees. She decided to change my drink and price from what I ordered on the screen. I was told one price and got to the window and they had changed it. The window girl said she didn’t know why it was changed so the barista walked over and said she added almost an extra dollar charge because she put more milk in for me. I asked to just sell me what I had asked for and they told me they already put the extra milk in so I needed to pay that. I told them that doesn’t seem right because I get this same drink multiple times a week at various Starbucks and it’s always the same cost without the extra charge. They told me too bad and sent the shift lead over. He said he would go ahead and fix it. I thanked him but they barista was in the background talking loudly and rudely about me saying I needed to go to other stores and saying nasty things about me so I could hear. I told the shift lead that the barista is very rude and could I please have her name because she was being rude for no reason and I wanted to let management know how this lady is treating people really awful. The shift lead refused to tell me her name and somebody was literally holding her back from coming over to the window to say or do who knows what. She yelled and laughed at me saying hope you a great day very sarcastically as I drove away. These people were awful and rude and I honestly didn’t deserve that. Good luck. Hopefully you don’t leave in tears like I did.

There were more than 5 baristas at the store, and I was the only person in the line. But none of them took my order for 10+ minutes, or they didn't even bother to tell me that they're busy with other orders. I ended up walking out the door with nothing but wasting my time there. Worst service
