Too busy on Saturday morning. Took 30 minutes to get my mobile order. Everything else is just an ordinary Starbucks minus the speed to my order due to the amount of orders. Wish they would better implement the system where the drive thru orders are taking the highest priority.

They got some new younger employees recently who don't really have customer service experience. There is a younger male and female who just stare at me awkwardly and don't really say anything. They also forgot to make my food and I had to ask twice for it before receiving the wrong food item.
I've had these awkward interactions for the last three visits. I only go to this location because it's the closest one but I think I'm going to start going elsewhere.

Employees seemed very confused and frazzled. Drew had a hard time processing my gift cards and was talking to a coworker as he processed my order. I recommend to slow down and take a breath. I wanted to stay and work on my laptop but there was too much yelling coming from the woman on bar.

I’ve been to this location before and there is always hostile energy between coworkers. I would save your money and go to a more local coffee shop.

We ordered a white mocha and they gave us a pumpkin mocha with cinnamon on top. Im allergic to cinnamon and I told them this is not my drink. Angelo was at the window and apologized then took the drink back, and a girl with blone hair and pony tails scraped off the cinnamon then put whip cream on top to cover it then handed the drink back to Angelo who gave the drink back to me like i wouldnt notice. When I complained to the manager Caitlyn, she said so what do you want me to do about it and treated me very rudely? I have never been treated like this in my life. Im allergic to cinnamon and will talk to a lawyer about filing charges against these people. Watch out for these starbucks employees here, they are a liability to public safety. I've included pictures for you to see as well.

The place is consistently bad. This place serves subpar starbucks drinks compared to every other location i've been to.

On one occasion, I asked for caramel ribbon crunch latte. The barista messes up the border by not putting enough caramel sauce, Could be an honest mistake.so I politely ask her about it. I received a terse reply saying she made as how she was trained! She wouldnt remake the drink.

on another occasion i asked for pecan crunch oatmilk latte with light ice, She makes it with extra ice, inspite of the label saying light ice!
