My grandfather introduced me to Toshi's teriyaki back in the early 90s. After 3 decades of trying other teriyaki spots throughout this state, I have yet to find a better one. This is a real gem of the great northwest. thank you Toshi
I eat my teriyaki at the one Toshi operates himself in Mill Creek. I believe his son operates this one. This is the definitive teriyaki place in the US. Amazing.
Toshi's is the best teriyaki in the state, which makes sense because he basically invented it!! thank you for the amazing meal every single time 😍

Experience the essence of authentic teriyaki at Toshi's Teriyaki Grill. The teriyaki chicken is perfectly grilled, juicy, and flavorful, served in generous portions at reasonable prices. This is now the favorite Teriyaki restaurant. The food quality is much better and the portion sizes larger. Dishes like chicken katsu and beef offer a symphony of flavors with a precisely balanced taste. The absolute OG of Teriyaki. Toshi is a local legend. The sauce is not overbearingly sweet, the char on the chicken is incredible, and it’s clearly freshly cooked. The rice is also some of the best. Takeout only.
