I eat my teriyaki at the one Toshi operates himself in Mill Creek. I believe his son operates this one. This is the definitive teriyaki place in the US. Amazing.

The sauce is not overbearingly sweet, the char on the chicken is incredible, and it’s clearly freshly cooked. The rice is also some of the best. Takeout only.
