FYI take out only. Coming from someone who used to work at fast Chinese food, I didn’t think teriyaki sauce could be any better but it is. The sauce is very umami with a hint of sweet. Even the spicy sauce is a nice touch, a really good sambal basically. I would drive an hour to get my teriyaki fix. Chicken katsu was also very flavorful!
The G.O.A.T. of teriyaki in the greater Seattle area. No-nonsense menu. Meats are always tender and the sauce is so good, not sickeningly sweet like some other places I've tried. Chicken is obviously the classic choice but honestly I think the beef might be even better!

Discovered this place recently and never knew about the history of Seattle Teriyaki.
This is the best chicken teriyaki you will ever eat and it will be a sad day when Mr Kasahara decides to retire.
