Very good Teriyaki! While nothing is truly ground breaking, it's not supposed to be. This is the gold standard that everyone else copied and the reason Teriyaki has the amazing reputation it does in the Seattle area. Very flavorful Teriyaki chicken and sauce! Instant classic
FYI take out only. Coming from someone who used to work at fast Chinese food, I didn’t think teriyaki sauce could be any better but it is. The sauce is very umami with a hint of sweet. Even the spicy sauce is a nice touch, a really good sambal basically. I would drive an hour to get my teriyaki fix. Chicken katsu was also very flavorful!

The good: the chicken is excellent. It's juicy, tender, and nicely charred, like good teriyaki chicken should be. And everything is very affordable: nothing on the menu is even close to $20. And the food came out very fast, far less than the estimated 10 minutes.
