I placed an online order for the wrong location (336th store in Federal Way, WA) and when I went into the Milton store, it was discovered that I indeed placed the order at the wrong store. The young man there helped me more than he needed to. The other store was very unhelpful when I called to get a refund for the pizza order. The gentleman at the Milton store not only contacted his area supervisor and reported the situation, but game a discount on the pizza I ordered at the other...
They have always done a good job putting my orders together and they tend to do a good job of making the toppings spread out too.
Employees are typically pleasant and focused.
Downside is that sometimes the wait can be a bit long (15-20mins) in the lobby.
The lobby is also very small so not a lot of seating or much room for when a long line is starting to form.
Still a solid papa Murphy’s location though.

My husband and I like thin crust pizzas. So many are cardboard, flavored, but Papa Murphy’s makes an excellent thin crust. The price is exceptional for a family sized pizza. We get a custom half-and-half for $16. That’s a fabulous price for a great pizza.
