The original girl taking our order was incredibly kind but got taken over by who I assume was someone in a higher position…I asked for a hot passion tea with a couple of ice cubes to make it cooler (should have just said kids temp since it’s for my daughter who has a cough but I didn’t realize this would lead to confusion) they told me they couldn’t do that but I’m not sure why as it’s a tea bag in hot water vs the shaken already made they use for iced. Real don't about because I always use the drive thru. But the service is very good. They always seem to have the right breakfast sandwich. Really like their speed in serving the customers with speed and curiosity.
Based on my experiences, the employees were observed working hard and making the drink(s) quickly. Friendly staff as well. Accurate with the order(s). Located within Safeway near the entrance. I would recommend and would return.
