My wife and I went because you get 10% off your meal if you show your lift ticket or seasons pass to either snoqualmie or Stevens. The food and service was so good we forgot to redeem the deal 😂😂. Joseph and his wife have an amazing establishment. It’s gorgeous, clean, and cozy. Food was fantastic. All of the sides were delicious and the main entree meats were very high quality. I was absolutely blown away and can’t wait to return!
I love Korean barbecue. One of my favorites. They stick to my fingers. Stick to my ribs.
Food, service, atmosphere! A fresh and much needed addition to the options in Monroe.

Blazin' K-BBQ is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Monroe. Reviews describe the place as super clean and neat, with a traditional Korean-inspired interior that gives a warm and authentic atmosphere. The food is delicious, amazing, fresh, and flavorful, with a great menu to select tons of Korean dishes. Reviewers mention All Ban Chan, LA shortrib, Spicy pork, and the Samm tray, and note the house made from scratch food. One reviewer says it is easily top 5 and a must try in the Monroe area. Service is very friendly, great, kind, and attentive, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating for young kids. Ventilation is great, as one reviewer barely noticed the KBBQ smoke. Guests can grill the meats themselves or order them prepared in the kitchen. One reviewer notes the restaurant did not have Galbi Tang and that SAAM did not come with perilla leaves even though they were shown on the picture. Many reviewers say they will definitely be back and can't wait to be back.
