Not very clean, didn't get what I ordered, food wasn't seasoned. The restaurant itself wasn't busy, but it took a long time to get menus or put our order in. Once the order was in, it also took a very long time to get our food. I was throwing up the rest of the day/night. Will not be coming back. My husband says the food and service are better during the week. I went on a Saturday.
Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian options I saw would be the green salad.
Kid-friendliness: There were several children who showed up. The restaurant has color pages w/ crayons, high chairs, booster seats, kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's pretty flat. The walking space isn't wide, but I'm sure someone with a wheel chair could get to the back of the restaurant and pull up to a table.

The first night we ate there I had a veggie omelette….. for dinner. Was happy to see they served breakfast all day. The omelette was excellent. All the veggies were pre sautéd before the omelette was made so it was fresh and piping hot when I got it. My husband had the monte cristo. He said it was delicious. We went back the next night and I had the shrimp dinner. It came with a fresh salad, perfectly sautéed mixed vegetables and a baked potato. Husband had a pasta dish that looked amazing. He ate it all, so I’m going to say it was delicious. Both nights we had the same server and the same cook….. both who clearly are great at their jobs. We will definitely eat here again when we’re in Montesano.
Definitely an old cafe that’s been updated, but hasn’t lost its feel of yesteryear. Great place to stop on your way out to the coast. A great menu full of variety and breakfast now served all day!
