ordered it as I was driving into drive thru. git my order and was happy I got very hot fries and nuggets ,burger. That's the way I always want them . this time I got then hot without asking.
Manager barely spoke English. Called for a price update n she didn't even know the prices of her own menu items, I couldn't even understand her when she talked, bcuz she couldn't speak English very well!! I speak Spanish, so I had her speak Spanish, then I understood her just fine ?. NOT OK!!

Staff was helpful with unlocking the bathroom. I had trouble finding much of an onion in my onion rings but I don't really eat fast food often and they are probably typical for BK.
