I recently was in a severe accident that broke my spine and also had a head injury. I have been through a lot and have felt forgotten. So why I am writing is because of this: I had just gotten off of the Greyhound and forgot my debit card. I felt embarrassed. I asked the manager on shift how j could pay with my card online . She explained the app to me and I successfully was able to make an order. Bug by the time I could even do that, Maria came and gave me a burger and a few things. She needs to be praised by everyone who understands that this little act of kindness is huge spiritually, especially god. I'll admit I shed a few tears but didn't let anyone see and this little act of kindness really touched me. Thank you Maria... Thank you🙏♥️

I stopped watching n to use the bathroom because I don’t do fast foods very often so I thought I would get some chicken nuggets and cheese sticks. Went to the bathroom and so did one of the workers, I was washing my hands when I was done and the worker came out of the stall looked at the sink turned around and walked out and went back to work without washing her hands. The Nuggets I bought were so dry they were hollow inside. Safe to say I didn’t eat them. I drove from the coast and had to get out of the car never again I’ll wait till I get to the end of my trip before I will return to Burger King again. Plus wash your dang hands it’s very easy to do.

Boyfriend bought a kids meal and burger and paid 23 bucks , was told to pull over and wait , we waited 10 mins before deciding to just walk in and ask for food . Turns out they gave out food to another car mins before and we were waiting for nothing . Waited another 3-5 mins for my food . So disappointed lol never againnn!!!

Mobile orders are supposed to make everything easier for both parties. I kept watching things being taken from with my order. I was waiting for after ten minutes of placing the order and selecting now and they were given to the drive thru. Maybe I should've driven through the drive through to pick up my order and wouldn't have had to leave my car. I figured I could go inside and wait and not add any more stress... there was no line in the drive through and definitely a slower night. When my order was finally complete Miguel behind the counter. Who was also running the drive through and obviously distracted . She informed me there were no jalapeno bites. I said okay and she started to walk away when I asked if the refund for the item was going to be sent to my card I used and she wasn' said she needed to go ask her manager.. the manager was extremely annoyed. She had to stop what she was doing to come process a refund, meaning they fully intended on letting me walk out of there. Having paid for an item, I didn't get without a refund or an item of similar value that could fill its place instead. The manager open the till, pulled out $3 and placed it on the counter and walked away. There was no receipt. I asked the gal if $3 even was the refund amount and she said, probably not exactly she may have given you a little bit more.... but with the tax rate, it seemed a little odd a 2.99 item would come out to $3 even. So I used my calculator real quick and inform the gals at my refund should be 3.24. She became super annoyed and returned to her manager who is obviously equally annoyed.. she came back up and unlocked the till, pulled out a quarter, set it down on the counter and stomped away. No words, no nothing from either of them. Now, I worked in customer service so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. I'd like to think I'm a lot more tolerant than others. But this interaction definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I'd asked for a receipt for the refund and was ignored. Realistically, we'll probably never be back to this location which I have frequently visited in the past with my family spending a good amount of money. But I guess customer experience doesn't matter at this location... Whatsoever. Simply being asked to process a refund because of an item that was out of stock that was still on the website. I guess is a huge inconvenience to them and that warrants major attitude and disrespect. My husband usually goes in and picks up the order. And he says that that's not an uncommon experience. He just neglected to delay that information to me. Because we probably would have stopped coming a while ago because of these same individuals working behind the counter.

Took about 30 minutes just for my food don’t know if it was because of the new people but usually never happens don’t know if I’ll return back or not we where the only people here and still no food may not return
This place is never busy so when you come here ask for fresh food! it’s going to be a bit of a wait but trust me! Today my food was disappointing and i was told it was fresh when i waited no time at all for my food! do better Burger King!
