Carl's Jr. provides great service, with workers who are attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food is always fresh, fast, and of great quality and taste. Employees are kind and patient, even when busy. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms. Customers appreciate the friendly service, even in busy times. Some customers have had to wait for their food, but it is always great. However, there have been some issues, such as the air conditioning being broken, leaving the restaurant hot and unsanitary with flies. Despite this, many customers have had positive experiences and recommend the restaurant. The drive-through is also a popular option, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, Carl's Jr. is a great place to stop for a meal, especially on road trips. The staff's hard work and positive attitudes make it a standout restaurant.
