Waited at the window drive thru for over 15 minutes. saw her put down my blizzard 10 minutes before that and it was completely melted. she handed me partial of my order was missing a kids meal and asked me to pull forward and then waited almost another ten minutes for the kids meal and a new blizzard. We have always loved this place but it seems as the service has gone down hill. We had only ordered 2 chicken strips meal and kids meal.
The place was busy, but my 8 month pregnant daughter (whose husband is deployed) wanted a blizzard. So I waited in line for 45 min and was handed the wrong order. Reciept was correct, but the order was all wrong and the ice cream was melted? 😫 and so was my daughter!
Filthy, crappy service, 35 minute wait for a sundae. Rude staff
