Food takes forever and isn’t even hot when I get it. Ask for no cheese on a burger due to allergies and guess what? Cheese. Waste of my time and money. You think I’m going to wait 15 more minutes to get the order correct? Not when I could have a perfect burger in my hand in 10 minutes from elsewhere.

Door dash orders only at 2:30am? This is the stupidest thing ever. You're not that busy. If you're that short handed just close at 1:00am. Luckily McDonald's was able to take our $30 order.

This whole town sucks! At night, they only take online orders. I'm literally a real person at your restaurant and you won't take my order? I don't get it. Same with McDonald's. Both advertise open 24 hours but they are not.

Difficulty with taking orders. Poor man in front of me got out of his truck shouting his order to no avail...just gave up and drove to the window...I also could not be heard as well!

The worst Jack in the box ever. The service is horrible. Every time i come they take for ever. I came thru the drive through ordered 2 teriyaki bowls they sent me to parking lot to wait . After 15 minutes of sitting in my car waiting and notice there were no cars in the drive thru i had to call the store and ask if my food was coming out any time soon they said they were sorry that they would check on my food. I waited another 15 min and finally the lady came out with my food she asked me who had sent me to the parking spot because they had forgotten about my order and that she was sorry. I was polite because i hate being rude but i did tell her they made me late to work and that i was very upset. Like i said they always take for ever to bring out your food and i always say i wont come back but this time is a for sure i wont be wasting my time or money with jack in the box.

Im not usually the type of person to complain especially over a fast food place but here it goes: Sooo...how do i end up with extra of whatever i ask to get removed from whatever i order? For example when i ordered the spicy chicken with no cheese i ended up with 4 slices of cheese??? Thats simply madness work...When i asked for the classic wrap with no pickles i ended up getting a handful of pickles and a ridiculous amount of spicy sauce instead of just plain classic ranch... This has happened in multiple instances too...is someone in the kitchen like a mad person or something that possibly takes pride and joy in completely messing up people's orders on purpose? I believe this to be partly true especially after talking with a few coworkers they came to the same conclusion as i did about somone messing up orders on purpose...Lastly, i ordered a 10 piece combo not a 9 piece combo with fries...you guys owe my children a single nugget, a regular size fries, and an apology...

Apart from all the overdramatized parts it would be nice to get what i order/pay for in the future. I mean if it was one or two instances i'd let it pass but there's been an issue every time i've ordered anything from this specific jack in the box. The 4 slices of cheese on a spicy chicken(ordered no cheese) + 1 nugget missing on a 10 piece and no fries combo was hilarious though. Lol

I shouldn’t be able to mobile order 10 min before I get to the store for pickup. And then wait inside for 10 min. All while watching drive through cars pull up and order and get food that was ordered at minimum 10 min after my mobile order was placed before I get my order.
