Service here always seems to be terrible. The food is good because it's Jack in the Box and there's a formula, but every time we come, no matter the time of day, they either take forever to get even one order out, or they're incredibly rude, or both.
I never get my total when I order, just an "okay" or a "Thanks" or one time, nothing at all until I spoke up. I didn't even get greeted when I arrived this past time, they just sat in silence until I asked if anyone was there, and no one was in the drive thru.
Kind of sad this is normal behavior for this location's workers. I've stopped coming here as often, and this last time I just wanted a breakfast sandwich and this place is the only one who can do it at this time of day. Every other location I get at least basic customer service that you'd expect from anywhere, but this one doesn't even meet that.

What has happened? I rarely eat here, so I was shocked to see how far downhill it's gone. We recently dined in, and the entire experience was awful. To start, the manager got an attitude when she had to let me into the bathroom. That would be rude for anyone to do, but the manager...? Then, we ordered and went to get our drinks, and the ice machine didn't work. Our food took an exceptionally long time to come out for fast food (15-ish minutes), and then we realized they picked what type of fries for us instead of asking, and they came out cold and hard. Also, there were no napkins in the restaurant. When I asked if they had any, they handed me paper towels from their hand washing station. Everyone working looked miserable, and the cherry on top was two kids (teenagers) hanging out and being loud, vulgar, and obnoxious the entire time. Those kids were obviously connected to one of the employees, too, so they were there for longer than the entire 30 minutes we were there. The customer that came in after us was also annoyed with all the issues and called home to let her spouse know that she wouldn't order from there again, and neither will we. It was truly an atrocious experience.
Oh, also, when sharing this experience with someone else, they told me they recently went through the drive-thru, and they were told the restaurant was closed and would open in 30 minutes. This location says it's open 24 hours.
This location is clearly drowning.

Been awhile since visiting, stopped because always , my orders were messed up. Todays visit was not any different. Ordered loaded breakfast sandwiches and was missing the ham and sausage 😔. All it would take is someone saying hey we don't have this, here is a free drink or something or here is discount or refund for not completing your order. Basically need better customer service at this location.
