This is a very popular breakfast kiosk. And what 98% of the folks are getting are their breakfast tacos. Absolutely best breakfast tacos I've ever eaten in the NW. Tortillas are handmade. Salsa is perfect. These rival the best I've eaten in South and Central Texas where I was born, raised, and lived most of my life.
