They were having computer issues and long lines, but the manager was awesome, and she worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of as fast possible it was the best customer service I have ever received in my life and it was worth the wait (:
Store was dead but service was very slow. Bathroom was a mess.

Jack in the Box is a fast-food restaurant that serves satisfying meals, especially their good-tasting cheeseburgers and Jr bacon burgers. The menu is kid-friendly with a variety of options, and the location is wheelchair accessible with ample parking and seating. The restaurant generally has awesome staff who get orders right, and some staff members are more friendly than others. Customers often praise the excellent service, with the ladies working the drive-thru in the morning being especially sweet and efficient. However, there have been occasional difficulties with taking orders, where customers have struggled to be heard.
