My new hyper fixation! Love that I can order the same thing and it is the same every time. Shoutout to Erin for getting our order done so quickly first thing in the morning! The line is busy, but she rocks it.

This was my first jersey Mike's sub and let me tell you the owner/manager was on point with customer service, his team nailed it with my sammich using the perfect amount of oil and vinegar. Thank you fur the great experience

The service here is really fast and friendly! Stopped here on my way through town and love that it’s right if the freeway. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak with all the peppers and lettuce and tomato. For fast food Jersey Mikes is the best option hands down!

Loved the food sooo much!! Awesome little emo gal with purple hair made my sandwhich sooooo good, told I should get “mikes way”?? I got it, and it was absolutely so good, Subway cannot do it like these divas can! ? Highley recommend for those looking to treat themselves!!

530pm on a Tuesday. Store is not busy. 2 person party in front of me. Stood in line for 20 minutes while 3 employees made 2 to go orders (for people not physically in the store). I was chatting with the people in front of me about how that order of operations didn’t make sense. Cashier heard and then made snarky comments about patience to me as I was checking out. If you want people returning to stores, should probably prioritize customers actually in the store before focusing on to go orders for people not present.
This place gets really busy so I suggest ordering online , if you go inside you’ll have to wait a little while for the hot subs . The service was great and the employee who helped me was very friendly !

The subs have improved from my first visit 3 months ago ??
I've never gotten a bad sub from JM. Is the location new, yeah. Are the sandwiches good, yeah. People working were very nice, the place was clean and it didn't take long to get my food. My husband and I got 2 subs, 2 chips, and 2 cookies - exactly what we get at Subway, and it was 10$ cheaper at JM

The food is good, but I really wish they pay attention to what is written down. They got our order completely wrong. My husband ordered beef, they gave him chicken. I ordered Chipotle. I had none. I wish they paid attention to the specifics. I also asked for provolone I got American cheese. These prices are too high to get all these things wrong. This was within one order 6/14/2024

Freshly made sandwiches. I really liked the crunchy crust bread. I got the sub supreme, and my other half got the tuna. They were both good.
Vegetarian options: I noticed one veggie sandwich but was looking for it.

Slowest service ever. There are 6 people here and only one making sandwiches. That’s too bad because the menu is good.
There is nothing like watch and employee rub his gloved hands all over the counter in between topping and wrapping people's orders. Very sanitary guys

Pull ticket and get you these items. Today the gal at register laughed with book in hand and said I don't have time.to look this up sorry .. As a local business owner customer service or the lack of hurts in this town. I predict shorter lines in the near future. Food is good tho!! Can't deny that and I feel the pain as an employer. Encourage the good employees behind that counter to jump into the conversations when their fellow employees are not doing well lol some are
