Amazing food! I was passing through Moses Lake on my way to Spokane and found this spot. I ordered a tofu vermicelli to-go and asked for soy sauce instead of fish sauce - didn’t even need the soy sauce because everything was saucy and so flavorful!! I intended to only eat a bit during the car ride but I couldn’t help myself and ate the whole thing. Also they are very fast!
We love pho and try to order from Pho Saigon at least once a week. I started having pho 20 years ago in Seattle and this place is literally one of the best pho places I have ever tried. The vermicelli noodle bowls are also delicious.
Just moved into town from Southern California, and Pho Saigon in Moses Lake took us right back to our favorite pho spot from LA. Authentic food, with a great staff! The first time I visited I got the Seafood Pho, with shrimp and calamari pieces. Delicious! I also had the Spritzed Herbed Lemonade which was very refreshing. We also ordered a side of popcorn chicken. It was very airy and crisp, without being overcooked. A few days later we went again and I ordered the Vermicelli...
