I visited Pillar Rock and Grill for the first time on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat marred by the uncomfortable heat inside the restaurant. It was so hot that it significantly impacted my enjoyment of the meal.

Despite the heat, the food was delicious. The fried cod and shrimp were a bit too dark fried for my liking but still tasty. The nacho fries were outstanding and generously portioned, perfect as an appetizer for four people.

With all the same old restaurants within town, it is nice to drive an extra five minutes and go to a place that has such great ambiance, customer base, service, and beautiful backdrop of the golf course. Great food. Good prices. Great people. Highly recommended.

It's my second time here, and it was great. I ordered the pork chop special, and it was delicious.Drinks are affordable, and prices are not bad for the amount of food you get and quality.
