I am a door dasher I was dashing on June 26th around 530pm and I had an order that was sitting and waiting for 40 minutes. A young gal wearing a black shirt was helping. I believe her name was Gabby and she told me the order wasn't there and that it was probably at another location. She was very rude to me and the team members working alongside her. She continued to ignore me various times and eventually she finally checked again and the order had been sitting there on the oven for 40 minutes. My customer wasn't happy and neither was I because it was wasting my own personal time on my dash shift and the food wasn't delivered on time because of her mistake and ultimately the customer had to suffer because of her actions or lack of. I would appreciate if she was given this feedback so that it could help her do her job better because this was absolutely unacceptable.

Visit was awesome, except the fact there were no napkins left in the dispensers once we started our meal. The waitress kindly brought us some though.
Kid-friendliness: They provide a good atmosphere that kept my daughter entertained (lights on the ceiling), and they had booster high chairs ready to go.

Place was packed with lots of people waiting for their takeout orders. I ordered over the phone, and they said about 35 minutes. Got to the pickup counter around 30 minutes after ordering. They couldn't even find my order. The manager finally found it. He said it would be an additional 45 minutes.
